Morgan Bailey

For Morgan, real estate has been a passion from a young age. She always felt drawn to welcoming spaces and desired to know the story behind those living within them. In 2021, she joined the West Village Realty team, bringing with her 11 years of experience in the property management investment space and a wealth of knowledge in the KC market. 

Outside of being an expert at social media, going the extra mile for her clients, and intentionally setting and achieving business goals, Morgan enjoys exploring new places with her two elementary-aged kids. 

Her personal motto is “courtesy is contagious.” Morgan wants clients to know they’re in capable hands; to feel taken care of and heard. She aims to serve the Kansas City community with knowledge, integrity, and consideration – all while having fun!
